Cascade Systems
A cascade system can speed up refills considerably.
Eg. Our CS9 compressor will fill 4 SCUBA tanks in about 50 minutes.
A cascade system can fill them in about 5 minutes!
We can mount your cylinders on your truck or trailer, against a wall,
or on a stand (see below).
The price of the storage bottle includes nut & nipple, stainless steal tubing, and valve.
We carry 4,500 PSI, 5,000 PSI, and 6,000 PSI cylinders.
We can also supply you with a regulator; a fill hose, and an adapter to attach to your SCBA, SCUBA, or paintball tank.
Technical Information
4500 PSI/444 CF, 149 lbs. empty, they measure 9 5/16" dia. by 56" to the top of the CGA 347 valve. Hydrostatic test pressure is 6750 psi. DOT Classification is DOT-E 9421-4500. Canadian designation: SU 4221.
5000 PSI/480 CF, 158 lbs. empty, they measure 9.38" OD by 52.5" to top of inlet port. Hydrostatic test pressure is 7500 psi. DOT classification is DOT-E10869-5000. Canadian designation: SU4369-344.
6000 PSI/509 CF, 193 lbs. empty, they measure 9 9/32" dia. by 56" to the top of the CGA 702 valve. Hydrostatic test pressure is 9000 psi. DOT Classification is DOT-E 9909-6000. Canadian designation: SU 4221.
We also carry 5000/6000 psi ASME cylinders.
